Activities

Richmondshire Subscription Concerts organise a series of high quality, professional, classical concerts from late September to April. Season 2009-10 is our 62nd year of providing concerts in this rural area.  We are members of Making Music and are a Registered Charity No.1034173.  Last season we had 208 subscribers.

Membership

Subscribers (Members) pay £35 for six concerts, a figure unchanged from last season!  They are also entitled (and encouraged) to attend and contribute to the AGM.  For a minimum of £5 extra a subscriber can become a Friend of the RSC. This will be acknowledged in each programme and there is a Sponsors’ and Friends’ reception, with an opportunity to meet the artists, after one of the concerts.

We are always pleased to welcome other music lovers to individual concerts and single tickets cost £10 for adults and only £1 for full time students. Tickets for single concerts can be obtained on the Door, from Richmond TIC or by ringing Douglas Waugh on 01748-822001.

RSC are again cooperating with Darlington Music Society. Members of RSC can obtain a DMS season ticket for half price (£28 this season for 7 concerts) and vice versa.

For a brochure or to be put on our mailing list ring Nick Reckert on 01748 822640 or fill in the request form on our website at www.richmondshireconcerts.co.uk
